Extrusion line for polymeric packing production was started up in Belarus

Carnevalli together with Terra Print have realized a large project in the field of plastic film production — the extrusion line Carnevalli Polaris COEX 3 PO was opened up at BZPI.

JSC “BPPP” manufacture of three-layer films in width of a sleeve to 3 metres is mastered.

Made products:

Film polyethylene (agricultural and packing);
Film the polyethylene thermoshrinkable;
Two-layer film;
Polymeric sleeves for storage rolled grains;
Film for packing and manufacturing of film products contacting to foodstuff.

Characterisitcs of film produced:

Film thickness — 20-250 micron;
Sleeve width — 1300-3000 mm;
Amount of layers — 3;
Allocation of layers: A-B-C (1:1:1 — 1:3:1) (20-35% : 35-60% : 20-35%)
4-component dosing system for each layer;
Roll diameter - max 1000 mm;
Replaceable spool diameter- 76 mm;
Overprint — 2 sections (2 colours);
Printing width — 710 mm.
